Mkhulise signs contract extension with Sundowns

Siphelele Mkhulise, who is a midfielder, has signed a new five-year contract at Mamelodi Sundowns.

“Bafana BaStyle handed Siphelele ‘Pitso’ Mkhulise a five-year contract. Mkhulise comes from the Brazilians’ development structure,” Sundowns said in a statement on their website.

“He impressed coach Pitso Mosimane so much that Jingles argued that he “wasted” his year by sending him on loan last season in the first division instead of promoting him into the senior team. The 22-year-old has held his own in the matches where he was given a chance. He starred against Kaizer Chiefs in the Shell Helix Ultra Cup to show the he has a bright future ahead of him.”
